Wealthy Affiliate vs Affilorama – My Review
Breakdown of Affilorama
After spending a lot of time digging into the Affilorama lessons, blog and products, I’m quite impressed. If I had started with Affilorama when I was just learning, I would have been quite content and satisfied with the system. I really like the step-by-step “for-beginners” way in which Mark Ling personally delivers it. Everyone’s learning style is different but I just find it a bit easier to understand.
I should also say that I’m quite impressed with Affilorama’s free membership because duh! it offers a lot of things free of cost. But so does Wealthy Affiliate…in the beginning.
In this free membership, you get approximately 20 hours of training videos, written materials, and the best part is that you will also be getting the interviews with other well-known and successful online marketers as well.
I also want to point out that it cannot help the people who want to make money without a website. If you are one of them, check the Internet Jetset. It has some guides to do affiliate marketing with Youtube or Facebook pages.
I have personally tried and tested two Affilorama products: AffiloBlueprint, AffilioJetPack.
The AffilioJetPack is quite pricey but I’ve done my research, and if you want something ‘out of the box’ ready to go this is the program for you. Let’s face it, to do it all yourself would cost you triple the amount and quadruple the aggravation, time and effort.
We’ll go over these together here, and compare each product to what Wealthy Affiliate offers to see if they stack up or stand out.
Wealthy Affiliate vs AffiloBluePrint
Affilorama’s AffiloBlueprint is a one-time purchase that contains all the initial training you will need to start up and run an affiliate marketing business. This is very beginner-oriented, as it gives you bitesize, easy to process steps to follow.
Here’s what you get with AffiloBlueprint:

Affilorama’s AffiloBluePrint might only offer half of what Wealthy Affiliate offers, but you get what you need for half the cost to you. So I would say that AffiloBluePrint is probably the better choice for someone new and not quite ready to commit to a higher monthly fee.
For the necessary knowledge and kick in the butt needed to get started, go for the AffiloBluePrint. You are paying this one-time fee for a ton of guidance, and believe me, it is simple to follow.
Even if you stopped here with AffiloBluePrint, you’re good to go for an entire year with one website, which to be honest, one site for a beginner is a full-time job as it is.
Basically, AffiloBluePrint gives you everything you need to learn what to do and how to do it, start your website, have immediate hosting, and start making some money with it. That’s really all you need right now.
Unless you’re a pro at building sites of course, or have a team of builders then it’s a no brainer, go with Wealthy Affiliate and you can literally build as many as you want!
Wealthy Affiliate vs Affilorama’s Premium
For those who are ready to go all-in, ready to commit, and just want to find the best, permanent place for your business and your hosting..
Let’s compare Affilorama’s Premium membership to Wealthy Affiliate membership.
Out of all the Affilorama products, Affilorama Premium is the most comparable to Wealthy Affiliate. They are both, all-inclusive, hands-on memberships guiding you through the entire process with knowledge and resources you’ll need along the way..
Here’s is Affilorama’s free and premium membership:
While both systems have comparable tools and resources available to you, Affilorama’s Premium really does stand out in this department. It is true that most of them can be found for free either online or as a plugin, but it is nice to have them all in one place for you.
The one tool that I feel I am really missing at Wealthy Affiliate is the Search Ranking tool.
Knowing how your keywords are doing and what you’re ranking for is valuable information to have at your fingertips, and as a WA member, I have always had to use a different service for this task.
But with that being said I really LOVE the fact that WA participates with the Jaaxy key words research tool!
Jaaxy is the leading platform for managing all aspects of keyword, website, competition and market research for affiliate marketers. most advanced, yet useful platform in theworld for managing all aspects of keyword, website, competition, and Another important note* A decent portion of the training in Affilorama teaches you to use backlinks to help boost your website’s ranking.
As long as these backlinks are from quality sources it’s fine and can really help boost your ranking – however always make certain that is the case otherwise Google can slap and penalize your website as using a form of black hat marketing.
Otherwise, both systems really stack up with equally impressive resources available.
Affilorama Premium Cost:
$67 per month
$2.20 per day
Wealthy Affiliate Cost:
$47 per month or $359 per year
.98 cents per day
With these two companies running nearly identical programs, including tools and resources, Wealthy Affiliate wins with the lower yearly cost.
Affilotools is a mix of tools on one software that keeps track of your site health.
Anything that can be relevant to SEO is included and you can also connect it to your Clickbank account and your social media profiles.
The idea behind this tool is that you can check anytime you want if everything works fine and you can also use it to search for backlinking opportunities.
It does the above tasks properly and fast. While you can save some time watching your site’s performance, the main benefit is the backlinking strategy.
Affilotheme is a WP plugin – is the Affilo theme really necessary?
My answer is no, it is just an additional accessory for you website. There are many features which are offered by the Affilo theme, such as squeeze page, opt-in form templates, affiliate link cloaking, header creator and pop over generator as well.
Honestly speaking, all this features are good and can be used on your website, but it isn’t worth paying $97.
Test-Drive Both Systems (almost) Free..
Affilorama’s Premium offers a 30-day trial period for only $1. You can try it out for a month (a slightly limited version) and simply quit if you decide you don’t want it.
Try Affilorama’s Premium for $1.
And of course, as always, Wealthy Affiliate offers a trial period-the Starter Membership with 10 free days, no credit card required, and only $19 for the first month.
This is a limited version as well, but you actually get two free websites to test run. In the first day, you can have two full websites up and running. It’s very easy..
You can’t beat Wealthy Affiliate’s community forum, Live Chat and Help/discussion center. If you have a question about anything on the planet (digital marketing/affiliate marketing related naturally) anyone with a brain can answer it and you won’t feel yourself going down a rabbit hole.
I have to say this package is the most intriguing.
The purpose of this package is to create a system for you that works on autopilot.
What does it mean?
You get pre-made websites (5 per package), free reports to give as a freebie to your sites in exchange for your visitors’ emails, and hundreds of pre-written emails to build trust with your audience and maximize your earnings.
In the package is included Affilotheme ($97) and AffiloBlueprint ($197).
Additionally to the 60-day money back which applies to all the products of Affilorama, you will get $100 if you will not get results in 60 days. So, there is nothing to lose!
AffiloJetpack costs $997 and it is for people who are committed to achieving their goals.
Try out Affilorama for free right now.
It would seem that I’m biased towards Affilorama but honestly both programs offer legitimate ways to generate excellent income online with wonderful customer service, business and technical support. I think it simply depends upon your learning style.
Which is why essentially, I’d recommend you sign up with both right now, at the same time, and then decide which one suits your learning style better. That’s the only way to know for sure.
